Effective date: August 3, 2026. Last updated: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexiby LLC ("Nexiby," "we," "us," or "our"), the company behind Webwatchly ("Webwatchly," the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use webwatchly.com and any other websites or services that link to this Policy. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and giving you meaningful control over it. If you have questions about this Policy, contact us at support@webwatchly.com.
The Service is operated by Nexiby LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States. You can learn more about our parent company at nexiby.com. For questions about your privacy or this Policy, contact support@webwatchly.com.
We collect three categories of information: information you provide to us, information we collect automatically, and information from third-party services you connect.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), and any other details you choose to add to your profile.
Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, we collect billing details such as your billing name, address, and the last four digits of your payment card. Full payment card numbers are processed and stored by our third-party payment processor (see Section 6); we never store full card numbers on our systems.
Monitoring configuration. The websites and URLs you add to Webwatchly, your alert preferences, and your project settings.
Communications. When you email support, fill out a form, or otherwise communicate with us, we receive the contents of those messages and any attachments.
Usage data. Pages you visit, features you use, the date and time of your activity, your browser, and the referring URL. This telemetry helps us operate and improve the Service.
Device and connection data. IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, language preference, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
To provide the Service, Webwatchly collects and stores snapshots of the publicly available pages you choose to monitor, including:
We only monitor the URLs you add. We do not access password-protected areas of any website, and monitoring data is only visible within your workspace.
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, we access performance data for your verified properties through Google's official API, including clicks, impressions, and average position. We use this data solely to detect performance drops, display metrics in your dashboard, and generate alerts and AI explanations for you.
Webwatchly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
Webwatchly uses AI to generate plain-English explanations of detected changes and performance drops. To do this, we may send relevant change metadata (for example, a detected title change or a drop in clicks) to a third-party AI provider acting as our subprocessor. AI is used only to interpret events we have already detected. It does not crawl, scrape, or independently access your website, and your data is not used to train third-party AI models.
We use information to:
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR or UK GDPR:

If Nexiby is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give you notice, and where required, choices, before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you and with your consent.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
